Day 02: Cochin
- Periyar (Thekkedy)
Drive to Periyar Tiger
Reserve. Lunch enroute at a Plantation Bunglow.
On arrival in Periyar transfer to Camp. Overnight
in Camp
Day 03 & 04: In
Periyar
Trekking through
the forest of Thekkedy. Likely to see elephant,
Gaur, Sambar, Wild Boars. May see Sloth Bear,
Panther and tiger. Overnight in Camp
Day 05 : Periyar
- Munnar
Drive to Munnar, a hill station at an altitude
of over 5000ft. On arrival in Munnar, camping
site at a private forest. Rest of the day free.
